Jason took me down to the fire station and let me shoot some water. It was so fun, and surprisingly HEAVY. J played trainer and engineer while me and the Probie (Rob) shot foam into a field. It gave me a new respect for how these guys work! Pretty cool day!

"Sledding" in the "Mountains"

When you're from Colorado and you relocate to Southern California, sledding and mountains take on a whole new meaning. We attempted a little sledding adventure on new year's day.

Happy New Year

We spent New Year's Eve and New Year's Day in the mountains, in a little town called Julian. We relaxed at a beautiful bed and breakfast, played games, and took in the sights around town. Jason was eager to enjoy the snow, but sadly, there wasn't much. He did what he could with what he had to work with!
